STEP 1
INITIAL ENQUIRY
We have a dedicated sales, estimating and office-based team to understand your project requirements and recommend you the optimum solution for your client. We also offer site support visits and surveys as required, acting as one of your team.
STEP 2
QUOTATION
Once we have advised on the best solution for your client’s budget and specification, we provide full project quotations. For time-sensitive projects, we react quickly and can have these with you in 24 hours.
STEP 3
DESIGN
Our expert CAD design project engineers provide bespoke detail layout drawings for more unique projects as well as standard detail drawings for the more basic schemes to ensure the client can see their solution ahead of delivery.
STEP 4
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We work on behalf of our customers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects using high-quality materials and supported with a full installation service if required. Our approach is simple and trusted by many with a clear point of contact throughout the process.
STEP 5
MANUFACTURING & FINISHING
We pride ourselves on the efficiency of our UK manufacturing operations with highly skilled employees. Our products are powder coat finished in standard or bespoke RAL and BS colours, or can be supplied Galvanised for external use.
STEP 6
DELIVERY
Our centrally-located factory means we ensure on-time deliveries to reduce the risk of delays onsite. Our panels are delivered to site on purpose-made steel stillages or where restrictions mean stillages can’t be offloaded, vehicles to suit a manual offload.
STEP 7
ONGOING SUPPORT & AFTERCARE
Most of our work is through repeat orders due to our ongoing continued relationship with our trade customers based on trusted products and trusted service.
